Nowhere is safe, and Vhalla must tread carefully or else she’ll fall into the waiting arms of her greatest foe. Or former lover.

My Review 4 stars

The fourth book in the Air Awakens series.

I am flying through this series I don’t want it to end seriously this could be one of my favorite series so far I am not ready to end this series i am going to be taking book five very slowly.

I was an emotional wreck reading this I cried twice which I don’t usually do, i laughed but most of the time i was smiling.

This book is a lot slower in pacing compared to the others in this series, which is under stand able as everybody is getting back to their life from after the war. Everybody is seeing where they end up especially Vhalla she is lost at the beginning she doesn’t know what to do.

Considering there isn’t a lot that happens in this book the things that do happen however change the characters, they bring them closer, makes them realize what is in front of them. Aldrik he doesn’t have an easy time throughout this series so far I felt so bad for him in this book I actually wanted to give him a hug that is another thing about this series the characters are so realistic they all have there flaws yes but they also have emotions.

After reading the last book I had all the emotions diving into this one I was scared, nervous and eager to find out what happens between Vhalla and Aldrik do they sort things out or do they go their separate ways.

Throughout this series the character development is amazing every character is different with different personalities, flaws and they have their own story to tell. Aldrik in this book went through so much which made him stronger I won’t go in too much detail as I don’t want to spoil anything for you but i don’t know how he still kept sane that is all I’m going to say.

Thank you for reading this ramble but I can’t put into words how great this book is, feel free to leave a comment down below.
